Beena joined the mortgage industry in 2012 working as an adviser with a reputable appointed representative firm, serving the London area.

With her experience of the mortgage journey through the eyes of corporate mortgage networks and other directly authorised firms, she felt that she could help build a more dynamic brokerage service, where the needs of the customer were always placed before corporate goals and targets.

In her pursuit to offer a more bespoke, honest and personal service to all her clients, Unique Property Finance was formed. Beena dedicates all her time to oversee the daily operations of the business as Director, Adviser and Co-Founder.

Nicolas started his career as a mortgage adviser in 2019, working for a well-established Central London brokerage.

He quickly built up a strong client base of high-net-worth individuals and gained valuable insight and knowledge of complex and specialist property finance transactions. He has a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service and identifying bespoke and tailored solutions for each client.

With a wealth of experience in all areas of property finance, Nicolas will confidently help navigate complex financial landscapes and ensure custom recommendations that fully align with the needs of every client’s bespoke circumstances.
